By accessing or using LoqoAI (loqoai.com) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

Payments & Refunds

Logo generation credits are purchased via Stripe. Prices are shown in euros inclusive of applicable taxes. You are entitled to a voluntary 30-day satisfaction refund per our Guarantee policy. Statutory consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Prohibited Uses

• Using the service to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API or generation pipeline
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law

Intellectual Property & License

Generated logos are licensed to you under the LoqoAI Commercial License (see /legal/license). LoqoAI retains no ownership in logos delivered to you beyond the rights described therein.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoqoAI's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to LoqoAI in the 12 months preceding the claim. LoqoAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of France.
