If you are not satisfied with your purchased logo for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by using the refund button in your dashboard or by contacting support@loqoai.com with your order reference.

This guarantee is a voluntary commercial commitment by LoqoAI and is separate from, and in addition to, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Conditions

• One refund per customer account
• Applies to one-time logo purchases (€29 and €59 tiers)
• Does not apply to purchases where the customer has already filed a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer

License Revocation on Refund

Upon approval of a refund request, the logo files (SVG, PNG, ZIP) will be deactivated in your account and you agree to discontinue commercial use of the logo. LoqoAI may re-enter the logo composition into its generation pool.
