Grant of Rights

Upon completion of your purchase, LoqoAI grants you a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the logo file(s) delivered to you ("Your Logo") for any lawful commercial or non-commercial purpose, including but not limited to: product packaging, websites, marketing materials, merchandise, signage, and printed media.

Exclusivity

The license granted is non-exclusive. LoqoAI may generate logos for other customers using similar inputs, styles, or visual elements. If exclusivity is material to your business, we recommend independently verifying and registering your logo as a trademark.

What You May Do

• Use Your Logo in commercial products and services
• Modify or adapt Your Logo
• Register Your Logo as a trademark (subject to availability)
• Include Your Logo in printed and digital materials without attribution to LoqoAI
• Transfer or assign this license to a successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or business sale

What You May Not Do

• Resell the raw SVG/PNG logo files as a standalone digital asset or template to third parties
• Claim to have authored the logo through human creative effort only, where such claim would be materially misleading

No Copyright Warranty

AI-generated images may not qualify for copyright protection under applicable law, including EU and US law, which generally requires human authorship. LoqoAI assigns to you all rights it holds in Your Logo to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are solely responsible for conducting trademark clearance searches and registering Your Logo if exclusivity is desired.

No Infringement Warranty

LoqoAI does not warrant that Your Logo does not resemble, incorporate, or infringe any third-party trademark, trade dress, copyright, or other intellectual property right. You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Logo does not infringe third-party rights before use in commerce.
