Data Controller

LoqoAI (legal entity to be confirmed) is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data. Contact: privacy@loqoai.com.

Data We Collect

• Account data — name, email address, and authentication provider (Google / GitHub / email-password) collected when you register.
• Logo data — prompts, generated SVG/PNG files, and associated metadata stored in your account.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe; we store only a Stripe customer ID and purchase history. Full card data never touches our servers.
• Usage analytics — anonymised events collected via PostHog (page views, feature usage). IP addresses are not stored beyond session.

Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Processing is based on: (a) contract performance — to deliver the logo generation service; (b) legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, product analytics; (c) consent — where explicitly obtained (e.g. marketing emails).

Retention

Account and logo data is retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after deletion. Payment records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained for 24 months.

Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data; object to processing; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email privacy@loqoai.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
