Intellectual Property Takedown Policy

If you believe a logo generated by LoqoAI infringes your intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to legal@loqoai.com containing:

• Your name, company, and contact details
• Identification of the intellectual property right you claim is infringed (trademark registration number, or description of unregistered mark and territory)
• A description of the allegedly infringing logo (link to the user's public page, or the logo ID if known)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and, if the claim appears valid, remove or disable access to the identified content within 15 business days. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended.
